HBI & NAHB Certification
The Home Builders Institute (HBI) offers industry recognized certifications for multiple levels of residential construction trade occupations including entry/helper through superintendent/management. HBI’s certification assessments are based on the National Association of Home builders (NAHB) National Skills Standards and are recognized by more than 140,000 NAHB builder members. The certifications allow individuals to enter the job market with an industry-recognized, portable credential validated by the industry.
While formal training isn’t required to sit for a certification assessment, HBI encourages completion of the corresponding HBI curriculum (PACT/RCA). RV Technician Certification
The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) is the national trade association representing RV manufacturers and their component parts suppliers who together build more than 98 percent of all RVs produced in the U.S., and approximately 60 percent of RVs produced worldwide.
